Who we are
Jusoor Logistics Association (permit no. 1000728300) is a non-profit association based in the Asir Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supervised by the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services. It is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, message topic and message.
We do not ask for sensitive data — please don’t include any in your message.
Why we collect it
We use your data only to reply to your message and follow up on your request (volunteering, partnership, support or a general inquiry). We don’t use it for marketing without your consent, and we never sell or share it for commercial purposes.
We process your data based on the consent you give when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
Your message is delivered to the association’s inbox, [email protected], and is read only by the staff responsible.
We use Resend to deliver messages to our inbox. For that purpose alone, your data may be processed on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request, then delete it, unless a regulation requires us to keep it longer.
Cookies and browser storage
This website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Your browser stores only your preferences (language and theme) so they are remembered next time. The language preference is a small cookie used only to open the site in your language.
Your rights
You have the right to know how your data is processed, to access it and get a copy, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent.

How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to messages is limited to the staff responsible.
